Hacienda

Café San Alberto, in order to ensure an exquisite and distinctive flavor, which capitalizes on the best characteristics of its terroir, is produced under the requirements of the Quintuple Selection. This process was designed in Hacienda San Alberto.
It is a manual process where each bean that will be used for the elaboration of roasted San Alberto's coffee goes through five stages of selection. This ensures a coffee with an unsurpassed, distinctive and consistent flavor.
